We promise that the diesel generator set produced by our company, Nucleus Power System Integration Technology Co., Ltd., comes with a free warranty period of 1 year or 1000 hours from the date of passing the adjustment, with a free warranty period (the time is based on the earlier one), during which any abnormal failure of the generator set is committed, we promise to provide free maintenance services to customers, and all the spare parts and travel expenses of the maintenance personnel are free of charge.Components that are easily damaged, daily use accessories, human operation errors, and neglect in maintenance are not covered by this warranty.

After the specified warranty period, our company will continue to implement the lifetime service system based on the principle of "thinking for customers and being responsible to customers", providing customers with more satisfactory technical consulting, technical support and maintenance services.If the equipment fails after the warranty period and there are abnormal fault problems, the supplier will provide replacement at factory cost, and after-sales personnel will arrive at the customer's site in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment is successfully repaired before leaving.
